Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Korean Skincare Lab. We are dedicated to delivering your favorite Korean skincare products to your doorstep safely and quickly.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Local Delivery (Qatar): We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders within Qatar. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days.

• International Shipping: Shipping charges for orders outside Qatar will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination country.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Korean Skincare Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
